A normal Duathlon consists of a Run then a Bike then another Run normally done back to back to back all in one time frame, similar to a Triathlon.
The DU-IT will be a Virtual Duathlon were you can Run one day then Bike another then Run another and can be done in the span of 2 weeks (16 days) May-30th - June 14th . It doesn't have to be consecutive days but it does need to be in Duathlon order of Run-Bike-Run
You will be required to record each of your events and post them on line to the website that will be provided you once you enter.
It is suggested that you plot out or measure the distances of the event distances you signed up for prior to going out for each leg so you know when to stop your watch or smartphone. You can us mobile apps such as Strava, MapMyRun, or map it on a computer at Google maps.
Optionally instead of heading outside you can Run on a treadmill and Bike on a stationary bike as long as you have the ability for these to measure how far you have gone.
To keep things relatively simple we are basing this on the honour system there is no need to upload proof so please be honest.
