It's Back

• The Run for the Pumpkin XC will take place September 21st, 2024 offering a 2K and a 4K.
• Organized by Kodiaks Cross-Country Running and indoor Track Team and held in conjunction with the ACAC Grand Prix taking place in the afternoon, making for a great day of XC!
• 2K Start time 10am.
• 4K Start time 11 am.

Course

• NEW COURSE!
• This year, the course starts and finishes south of Nicholas Sheran School.
• Course is entirely on grass, so spikes can be worn.
• Distances are 2K - 1 lap, 4K - 2 laps.
• There will be a separate Start line and a separate Finish line .
• There will be a mass start for each distance.

Awards, Age Categories, Results

• All age categories are based on age as of Dec. 31, 2024
• 2K - Age categories will be broken out as 6&Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15+
• 4K - Age categories will be broken out as 13&Under, 14-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-34, 35+
• Ribbons for 1st in each age category Male and Female (all categories)
• Results, Finisher Certificates and Award Certificates will be posted online here.

Pumpkins for ALL Participants!!

High School XC Team 4K Invitational

• We are hosting a High School XC Team 4K invitational challenge.
• The 4K challenge is held in conjunction with the regular 4K
• The XC team must have a minimum of 4 males and or 4 females
• The challenge is based on the best aggregate times of the 4 fastest runners of each team male and female.

Additional Competitions

• ACAC Events - Women's 6K at1PM Men's 8K at 2pm. Open competitors are welcome to participate, please contact Simon by email to inquiry regarding registration.

Package Pick-Up

• Pickup will take place Friday Sept. 20th 10:00am-5:30pm at Runners Soul 2646 South Parkside Dr. Lethbrisge, AB T1K 0C4.
  
• Out of Towners only can pickup before the race 8:30am-9:45am at the race venue.

Registration

• Entry fees are $26.50 (processing fee included).
• Shirts are optional and $15.50/ea.
• Early entry and Shirt cutoff is Sept. 13th 11:59pm. (has been extended)
  After that Fee is $26.50 and NO Shirt.
• Entries will CLOSE Sept. 18, 11:59pm.
• Payment methods are on-line only with Visa, MC Credit Cards or PayPal (e-transfer upon request)
